Our Musical Aperitifs are a special appointment where, week after week, we explore different musical genres accompanied by a selection of wines and appetizers designed to make each evening a moment of relaxation, conviviality, and discovery.
A perfect occasion to meet, toast, and let yourself be carried away by the emotions of live music.
🎨🌿 Natur..Arte Workshop with Children
A special opportunity to introduce little ones to the joy of creativity and hands-on activities in the open air. The Natur..Arte workshops, organized by OPSLAB, offer themed craft activities for children, such as Mother’s Day, Easter, Summer Solstice, and other seasonal events.
Educators guide the children step by step, helping them create small artistic masterpieces, while parents can relax and enjoy a tasting of products from our garden or farm.
Discover our wines in a unique experience of taste and tradition. During “Open Vineyards”, you can join guided wine tastings and learn about the culture and techniques of our winery.

On Saturday and Sunday, May 30 and 31, we open the doors of our wineries to offer you a unique experience with tastings, guided tours, and the authentic atmosphere of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Immerse yourself in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia for a relaxed, hands-on culinary experience, surrounded by vineyards.
This is not a formal cooking lesson: it’s the way we cook in Friuli Venezia Giulia when friends come to visit.
Together we will prepare two of the most iconic dishes of traditional Friulian home cooking:
🧀 Frico – the classic Montasio cheese dish, crispy and soft
🍝 Fresh handmade pasta – made from scratch
You’ll grate cheese, knead dough, shape pasta, cook, taste, and share, all at a relaxed pace, with a glass of Borgo Conventi wine always at hand.
