For Cantine Aperte, we roll up our sleeves: hands-on with Žlikrofi, the famous dumplings with a unique shape.
Join our Cooking Class and discover the secret of Žlikrofi: not just a tasting, but a true artisanal workshop where you will learn to shape the traditional “hat-shaped” dumplings and prepare the rich filling of potatoes, chives, and lard.
From flour to glass: after creating your little masterpieces, we will explore the perfect pairing between the wines of our cellar and the local culinary tradition.
